We provide Live Scan fingerprinting, ink fingerprinting, notary public, apostille, and mobile fingerprinting services. All services are subject to availability and applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled online or by phone. We recommend arriving on time with all required documents. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

4. Identification Requirements

All clients must present valid government-issued photo identification for fingerprinting and notary services. We cannot process services without proper identification as required by law.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Government and agency fees are separate from our service fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or rejections by government agencies in processing fingerprint submissions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service rendered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep website information accurate and up-to-date, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Service details, pricing, and availability should be confirmed directly with our office.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
